Their story

More than a name and a date.

Eleanor Brooks was born in Fulham and carried West London with her throughout her life. Eleanor was proud of where she came from, proud of her family, and proud to support Chelsea FC through every high, low, hopeful season and unforgettable matchday.

Football was never just a game to Eleanor. It was routine, conversation, friendship and memory. She loved the sound of the crowd, the familiar walk to the ground, the colours, the songs, and the feeling of belonging that came with supporting Chelsea FC.

Away from football, Eleanor was known for kindness, humour and loyalty. She had a way of making ordinary days feel warmer, and her family will always remember the stories, the laughter and the steady love she gave so freely.

“Keep the Blue Flag Flying High.”
