Once purchased on the order complete page, follow the link to upload your loved one’s details, photographs, videos, favourite song and stories. We’ll clearly tell you exactly what we need.

We build the memorial page
We set up their digital forever space with the information you’ve provided.

Visit their resting place
You'll be provided with the address (online) of your loved ones page for you to visit once completed (usually within 24 hours).

Share with family and friends
Share the page with family and friends so they can revisit memories, view photos and wrap themselves in the heartfelt tributes.

Lifetime support and replacements
If there are any issues, we provide ongoing support and free lifetime replacements where needed, so their memorial space remains protected.
