Once purchased on the order complete page, follow the link to upload your loved one’s details, photographs, videos, favourite song and stories. We’ll clearly tell you exactly what we need.

We build the memorial page
While you wait for the medallion to arrive, we set up their digital forever space with the information you’ve provided.

Your medallion is created and dispatched
We arrange your QR medallion and have it delivered to you. The unique QR code is prepared to open your loved one’s memorial page.

Receive the QR medallion
Once received, your medallion will carry the QR code that opens their dedicated memorial page when scanned.

Visit their resting place
Take the medallion to your loved one’s resting place, memorial bench, plaque, urn, frame or another meaningful location.
